Shipping Process

1. After the customer has successfully paid, we will contact the customer through whatsapp or email (so please leave the email address or whatsapp ID that can contact you in the order). After contacting the customer, we will confirm the delivery address with the customer. If we cannot reach the customer within 10 days after receiving the payment, we will refund the full amount to the customer's account!

2.Tony Shoes can provide quality inspection pictures (if you need). Tony Shoes will send you quality inspection photos (3-5 days process) before shipping. If you are not satisfied with the quality inspection photos, we can replace you with a pair of shoes or give you a full refund! After you confirm that there are no problems with the quality check photos, we will ship them!

No quality check photos are required before shipment (we can ship faster). After the package is sent, we will provide you with complete tracking details via email.

3. We can ship goods through multiple logistics agents, among which DHL is our fastest and safest delivery method. So we use DHL to ship by default, usually 6-15 days after we hand over the shoes to DHL, the delivery will be completed.

For countries/regions where DHL does not ship, or regions that need to pay expensive tariffs, we will use EMS, Epacket, Fex, UPS as alternative options. (It takes about 10-20 days to complete the delivery after the shoes are shipped)

4. After sending the package, we will send the status of the package by mail and provide detailed tracking information. If you will find that your order status is "shipped", but you can't find the logistics information. Don't worry, this is normal. After 2 days, we will send you a tracking number via email. The tracking number can accurately check the package information. Please follow your mail.
